高密度聚氨酯管托(HDPU)

嘉興大眾隔熱高密度聚氨酯HDPU管托系由聚醚為主原料,再加上發泡劑、觸媒和防火劑,經高速攪拌混合反應生成的具有塑膠、橡膠和軟木特性的發泡聚合體。泡體是由成千上萬極微小均勻的獨立細胞組成,成立體蜂窩式的結構。其密度高、熱傳導率低、吸水率低,質地優于木材。在國內及歐美國家用于石油化工基地、液化氣廠、冷凍庫及中央空調系統之管托、管座、支吊架等。

High density PUR pipe supports is a foamed polymer with the property of plastic and rubber or soft wood, which is olctained after mixing isocyanate and polyether before addded with foaming agent, accelerant and flame retarding agent. The product consists of millions of fine little independent cells, which form a honeycomb structure. It has high density, low heat conductivity, low moisture absorption and its quality is better thann wood. In China and Europe and America, it is used in petrochemical bases, liquidizeed gas plants, refrigerating warehouses as well as central airconditioning systems as pipe supports, pipe seats and brackets, etc.
